- 3. High-speed coal pulverizer machine. The speed range is 50~1500r/min, such as fan coal mill, hammer coal mill, etc.
Principles and Points for Attention in the Selection of Coal Pulverizer Machine
Different coal pulverizing systems have different coal types and coal pulverizer machines. When selecting equipment, comprehensive consideration should be given to the adaptability of coal types and the level of power consumption. In addition, the following points should be noted:
- 1. The pulverizing system that uses anthracite generally uses an intermediate storage steel ball mill coal pulverizer. However, the double-in and double-out steel ball mill coal pulverizer direct-blowing pulverizing system has the disadvantages of high exhaust gas emissions, high cost, and high power consumption.
- 2. The direct-blowing pulverizing system of the medium-speed coal pulverizer machine has greater advantages compared with the direct-blowing pulverizing system of the fan coal pulverizer machine. The service life of the grinding parts of the medium-speed coal pulverizer machine is longer than that of the fan coal mill, and the maintenance workload is less.
- 3. The equipment should be selected after determining the service life of the grinding parts according to the coal pulverizer life curve or calculation formula according to the wear index of the coal and the fineness of the coal powder. The life of the grinding parts of the medium-speed coal mill should be greater than 6000h. For the MPS type coal mill, the grinding parts refer to the single-sided life of the roller.
