Gypsum is widely used in all walks of life. At the same time, the environmental protection requirements of gypsum processing have become imperative. The environmentally friendly production process of gypsum powder has also attracted the attention of many investors. Over the past two decades, we have focused on the development of green grinding powder production lines and the service experience of a large number of gypsum powder users, which has enabled Clirik to accumulate rich professional experience in the environmental protection process of gypsum powder. Today, the editor will give you a detailed introduction to the working process of the environmentally friendly gypsum powder production line.
The gypsum powder production line designed and constructed by our company uses mature automated process equipment, such as high-pressure suspension roller mills, European-style grinding mills, vertical mills and other environmentally friendly grinding mills.
The equipment needed to calculate the whole environment friendly gypsum powder production line process includes hoist, storage bin, vibrating feeder, mill, screw conveyor, bag filter and so on. The finished product meets market requirements, and the operation is equipped with a dust collector, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and is very suitable for users who have strict requirements for environmental protection.
Work flow of gypsum powder production line: The materials are continuously and evenly fed into the mill for grinding by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The grinded gypsum powder is blown to the analyzer by the circulating wind of the blower for classification. The fineness of the powder meets the specifications and enters the cyclone collector with the wind flow. After being collected, it is discharged through the powder pipe to become the finished product. The finished product falls into the screw conveyor and enters the next stage. The molecules with unqualified fineness are returned to the main mill for secondary grinding until the fineness is qualified. The entire milling system is a closed cycle, using a bag filter to collect the residual dust in the airflow of the fan again, and then discharge it to the environment to ensure no dust pollution. The material passing through the grinding system changes from a particle size of 0-30mm to about 200 meshes, which meets the requirements of fineness of gypsum powder.
