Coke ultra fine mill is one of the more commonly used industrial pulverizing equipment. Its output directly affects the efficiency of the entire project. It is important for every enterprise to find out the factors that affect the production efficiency of coke milling. Therefore, the engineer summarized the following points to discuss with you.
Factors affecting the output of ultra fine mill:
1. The hardness of coke. The harder the coke, the more difficult it is to grind, and the wear on the equipment is relatively serious. Because that will reduce the speed of the ultra fine mill, and eventually result in the reduction of the powder capacity of the ultra fine mill.
2. The humidity of the coke, that is, when the water content in the material is large, the coke is easy to adhere in the ultra fine mill, and it is also easy to block during the feeding and conveying process, resulting in the reduction of the fine powder capacity of the ultra fine mill.
3. The fineness of the superfine powder is required to be high, that is, the finer the material that is required to be ground by the mill, the smaller the grinding ability.
4. The composition of the material. The more fine powder contained in the material before the ultra fine mill powder, the more it affects the ultrafine mill powder, because these fine powders are easy to adhere and affect the transportation. For the fine powder content, it should be sieved in advance.
5. The viscosity of the material. That is, the greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere.
6. The better the wear resistance of the grinding parts of the ultra fine mill, the greater the powder capacity of the ultra fine mill. If it is not wear-resistant, it will affect the ability of the ultra fine mill.
Generally speaking, there are three direct ways to increase the output of ultra fine mill:
1. A fine crusher is installed before the ultra fine mill;
2. Improve the grinding system and increase the grinding efficiency;
3. Add a high-efficiency powder separator.
