Superfine Grinding Mill Classifier
(1) Use a large-capacity single-wheel classifier that can meet the 1250 purpose.
① Increase the number of blades of the impeller to increase the centrifugal force field, reduce the thickness of the blades, and reduce the powder air resistance.
② Reasonably design the casing of the grouping machine.
③ Design a reasonable air seal structure to prevent coarse particles from mixing into the impeller from the end face of the impeller to pollute the finished product.
(2) On the premise of guaranteeing the conveying capacity, the rated air volume of the blower is greatly reduced, and the wind pressure is greatly increased in order to overcome the increase in resistance caused by the introduction of the high-speed impeller classifier.
(3) Design a reasonable classification and the relative height difference of the grinding area of the mill.
(4) An ammeter and a current relay are connected in series to the motor circuit of the classifier to adjust the powder concentration in the gas.
(5) A vibration-isolating soft connection is used between the classifier and the main unit of the mill to prevent the classifier from being damaged.
Air supply system of superfine grinding mill
(1) The blower with high air pressure and small flow is selected.
(2) Modify the design of the return air box of the main engine and reduce the cross-sectional area of the bellows volute to meet the requirements of small flow and high wind pressure. At the same time increase the thickness of the steel plate of the return air box, increasing rigidity and strength.
(3) The layout of the air supply duct must be short and smooth, and the transition must be smooth.
